4:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

Dry diaper.

5:00 pm: dinner: Chicken/ Broccoli Pasta

One cup of lemon water.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple souce.

6:00 pm: Administered ACYCLOVIR 800 MG TAB with applesouce.

6:15 pm: Oral Care.

6:25 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper. Very small formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Vitals:

T-97.0

O2-98

P- 75

6:55 pm: Maureen is asleep.


The red dots on the right calf are the same as on the morning.
