• 9:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully on her left side

• 9:30am Maureen sleeping, repositioned on her right.

• 10:00am Maureen is awake. After she had few sips of water via swab, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 10:02am Blood pressure: 100/60.

  Pulse: 58

  O2: 96

• 10:07am Tom and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 10:27 Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce. She had 7oz of lemon water after.

• 10:30am Breakfast: Crepe egg with banana, chocolate covered strawberry and 7oz of coffee with creamer. Maureen coughed four times and had three sneezes during meal, suction pump used twice.

• 11:20am Oral care.

• 11:30am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.

• 12:40pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break . Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• Maya visits Maureen.

• 1:20pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 1:35pm Lunch: Sweetpeas soup (blended), avocado mash and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 2:05pm Oral care.

• Maureen had 8 oz of electrolyte water before her break.

• 2::40pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/ change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• Total liquids ingested: 32oz.
