Thursday April 2,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM- Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab , No signs of pain or any distress. No cough

9:50AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of water . Coughed once suction

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:20AM- Morning care, We wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes.  Diaper was dry with small VD cloudy odorless , We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:50AM-Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) and 10ml liquid colace with purée pear.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions and Avocado , finished 5oz of  prune juice. Maureen ate well. Coughed once  suction.

11:30AM- Oral care.

11:35AM- Facial and hand care routine.

11:40AM- eyes spa today with wet warm cotton.

12:00 - Maureen Just listening to music.

1:15PM- Maureen refuse to drink but she had melon and grapes  for as fruit snack she ate well. Coughed 3x Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet with small VD cloudy odorless, suppository was inserted . We cleaned and change . We position her to face the left side.

3:15PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry with XL soft BM . We cleaned and change her, We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen had 10oz of coconut water.

4:00PM- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:20PM - diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - Pasta spaghetti , Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating.

5:00PM-She finished 10oz sparkling water.

Liquid colace 10ml with purée pear.

Administered 5mg of Olanzapine , 12.5ml Vimpat, 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:30PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, with small VD has cloudy, we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

T - 98.1

P - 104bpm

O2 - 95%

Liquid intake - 31oz

Note: Bpm is really high we check 4x but Tom will recheck shortly,

There’s no signs of any distress and no signs of pain.

6:45 O2 is now 96%

Pulse is at 107

7:45 O2 is now 98%

Pulse is now 110

9:00 O2 is now 90%

Pulse is now 98

Temperature is 99.6°

No signs of distress, seems to be resting well.

I’ve been sitting with her, there is no distress of any kind, still resting comfortably, coughed a couple times and I suctioned out a little phlegm.

Maureen is resting comfortably, I will replace the batteries and recheck in 1 hour.
