4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room, having good time with Carolyn 🙂

5:00 pm: dinner: Pork chops, Brussels sprouts and apple souce.

3/4 cup of water with lemon.

She coughed two times during the dinner.

5:45 pm: BP: 114/67 P: 69

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,4

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 58

6:55 pm: asleep.
