Thanksgiving Day, Swing Shift

3:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the living room, having good time with Familly.

Dry diaper.

3:45 pm: dinner: Turkey, veggie, cranberry, apple pie and ice cream.

1,5 cup of lemon water.

5:00 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple souce.

5:20 pm: Oral Care.

5:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper. Small formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
