Sunday, Sept. 3, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping, lying on her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen still soundly sleeping.

9:05AM - Maureen started waking up. Raised bed and in upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:20AM - We started Maureen's day by cleaning her upper body with warmed purple wipes, no redness observed on skin. Diaper was dry, changed it. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacral area, and Cavilon cream on diaper folds. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:35AM - BP: 110/70, 62

9:40AM - Breakfast - omellete, 6oz prune juice with 1/4 cap MiraLAX, 3-4 spoonfuls of yogurt, and a cup of lemon water. Maureen finished her cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x.

Daily dose MiraLAX: 1/4 cap

10:10AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with yogurt.

10:20AM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair after for Maureen's comfort and to avoid sacral pressure.

10:25AM - Saline Neb treatment.

10:50AM - Facial and hand care. Maureen looking sleepy after. We will wait for Deacon Andy.

11:20AM - Deacon Andy arrived for Maureen's regular Sunday service.

11:30AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Positioned Maureen facing her right side at 11:40AM.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry. Got Maureen ready. Went out to the backyard where we have lunch.

12:55PM - BP: 115/70, 67

1:05PM - Lunch - oatmeal/fruit smoothie, 12oz sparkling water which Maureen finished, and 3 spoonfuls of yogurt. She enjoyed being outside even giving us a few smiles, and was awake the whole time.

1:50PM - We went back inside the house. Oral care done. Then transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was slightly wet. Cleaned and changed. Positioned Maureen facing her left side starting at 2:10PM.

3:00PM - Ended 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Transferred to the front room.

3:15PM - Sister Roberta arrived for Maureen's regular Sunday massages.

3:45PM - Maureen enjoying her fruit snack (pear and melon).

4:50PM - Had drink 3/4 cup of lemon water. Currently watching her fave game show/s.

5:05PM - Maureen had grilled salmon and steamed broccoli for dinner which she enjoyed. Finished half a cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x.

5:50PM - BP: 115/75, 75

6:00PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:35PM - Maureen already looking sleepy. Transferred to the bedroom. Diaper was very heavy wet. Cleaned and changed thoroughly. Applied Cavilon on diaper folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on extremities. We positioned Maureen facing to her left with 2 wedges on her back and pillow in between her legs.

6:55PM - Maureen already asleep.
