Sunday, June 4, 2023- Day time Summary

8:00 AM: Came in. Maureen is awake laying on her left side.

8:15 AM: Administered Levothyroxine 75 mcg with Apple sauce. We will give more time before starting the day.

8:45 AM: Begin morning care. Wash Maureen's face and upper body with warm purple wipes and Aloe Vesta (body). No redness on skin observed. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Headed to the kitchen afterward.

9:10 AM: Breakfast- omelette, 6oz Prune juice with 1/4 cap Miralax and a cup of Lemon water. Enjoyed breakfast. **coughed 2x**

9:30 AM: administered the rest of her morning medication- Lisinopril with Loratidine with Apple sauce.

9:45 AM: Oral care and facial and hand care done. Also trimmed her facial hair. Reclined the Geri chair.

General Observation: Maureen is smiling and interacting really good this morning woth facial expressions and humming to songs. She also seem very awake.

11:00 AM: Maureen is napping on the Geri chair.

11:35 AM. Deacon Andy came for Sunday service. Maureen is slightly sleepy.

11:50 AM. Transferred Maureen back to bed for her 1st break. Diaper was dry. Position her to be laying on her right side.

12:50 PM: 1st break ended. Diaper was heavy wet. She also have an XL formed bowel movement.

Cleaned and changed. Transferred her back to Geri chair and to the kitchen.

1:10 PM: Lunch was smoothie and she finished 3/4 cup of lemon water.

1:35 PM: Oral care done. Reclined Geri chair for Maureen's comfort.

2:15 PM: Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 2nd rest break. Diaper was dry. Positioned her to be facing left.

3:15 PM: 2nd break ended. Diaper was medium wet. She also have medium formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed thoroughly. Headed to the living room after.

3:20 PM: Maureen had her fruit snack with half a cup of lemon water.

5:15 PM: Dinner- Citrus chicken chili with vegetables, beans and rice and a cup of lemon water she finished. Coughed once.

5:50 PM: Administered Olanzapine with strawberry yogurt and 12.5 ml Vimpat.

6:15 PM: Oral care done.

6:45 PM: Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. She also have a small formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed and applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil lotion on arms and legs and feet and Vicks on chest. Positioned her to be facing her left side.

7:15 PM: Maureen is sleeping.
