4:00PM - Maureen's enjoying the massage while watching her fave game show.


4:50PM - Diaper was dry.


5:00PM - Dinner - chicken tenders, potato salad and had 8oz of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed the food and ate very well. Coughed 3x and multiple sneezes.


5:50PM - Neb treatment with saline.


6:10PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.


6:20PM - Oral care.


6:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet with medium formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Skin on sacrum is healing well, very light red on the area, applied Calazinc on the area. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face her left side with pillow between her legs, and 2 wedges on her back.


6:55PM - Maureen is sleeping.


T - 97.7

P - 85bpm
