Sunday, July 30, 2023- Day time Summary

8:00- Clocked in. Tom was with Maureen.

8:25 AM- Maureen is awake. Put her on sitting position and administered 5mg of Levothyroxine. **coughed 2x, sunctioned secretions.

8:45 AM- Maureen is sleeping in and out. Will give her more time.

-Blood pressure was taken 116/97 W, Left arm

9:10 AM- Maureen is awake. Start morning care. Washed her face and upper body with warm purple wipes and Aloe Vesta (body only). Diaper was medium wet. Performed stretching exercises on upper and lower extremities before getting her up.

9:25 AM- Breakfast: omelet, 6oz of prune juice with 1/4 cap of Miralax, a cup of lemon water.

9:50 AM- Administered Loratidine with apple sauce.

10:00 AM- Oral care, facial and hand care done. Reclined Geri chair for Maureen's comfort.

**Maureen was napping on her Geri chair while waiting for Deacon Andy. No coughing, sneezing and drooling**

11:20 AM- Deacon Andy came for Sunday service.

11:40 AM- Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed. Positioned her to be facing right.

12:20 PM- Carolyn came to visit.

12:40 PM- Rest break done. Diaper was dry. Head to the kitchen for lunch.

12:55 PM- Lunch- organic fruit smootrhie which she enjoyed very much. She also finished a cup of lemon water **coughed 2x

1:00 PM. Blood pressure: 118/91 W

1:20 PM- Oral care done.

1:30 PM- Went to the backyard and enjoyed the weather.

2:15 PM- Brought Maureen back to the bedroom fro 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Positioned her facing left side.

2:50 PM- Rest break done. Diaper was dry. Transferred Maureen to the front room.

3:00 PM- Fruit snack- pears with mixed fruit. She also had half a cup of lemon water

3:15 PM- Sister Roberta came for Maureen's massage.

5:30 PM- Blood pressure- 150/98 W

5:35 PM- Dinner- a slice of pizza and lemon water. She enjoyed and finished dinner.

6:00 PM- Administered half Lisinopril, 12.5 ml of Vimpat, and 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

6:15 PM- Oral and dental care done.

6:40 PM- Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was super heavy wet. She also had MEDIUM FORMED BM. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Vicks on chest and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her to be facing her left side.
