8:00 AM. Arrived Maureen is awake.
8:20 AM. Maureen seem a little sleepy.
8:40 AM. Put Maureen on an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
9:00 AM. Maureen seemed more awake. Started her day by washing face and upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness noticed. Diaper was medium wet; cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon film on sacrum and Cavilon cream om the rest of perineal area. Finished dressing her up then head to the kitchen for breakfast.
9:20 AM. Started breakfast with 8oz of Prune juice with 1/2 cap of Miralax. Followed by omelet and a cup of lemon water. She also had some yogurt with 10mg Loratidine after finishing breakfast. **coughed 2x
10:00 AM. Oral, facial and hand care done. Reclined her chair one notch for comfort.
10:30 AM. Maureen is napping on her chair.
11:00 AM. Transferred Maureen back to the bedroom for 1st rest break. The diaper was dry. Positioned her facing right side.
12:00 PM. 1st rest break is done. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Proceed transferring to kitchen for lunch.
12:15 PM. BP was 110/75, pulse was 65bpm
12:30. PM. Lunch was organic smoothie with oatmeal. She also finished 12oz of coconut water.
1:00 PM. Oral care done.
1:15 PM. Carolyn came to visit.
1:30 PM. Deacon Andy came for the Sunday service.
2:00 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Positioned her facing left side. 3:00 PM. Rest break done. Diaper was dry. Proceed transferring her to the front room.
3:10 PM. Sister Roberta came for Maureen's massage. Fruit snack was given too. She enjoyed it a lot.
4:30 PM. Diaper is still dry.
4:50 PM. BP was 115/70, pulse was 70bpm
5:00 PM. Dinner was chicken, rice and vegetables caserole and a cup of lemon water. **Maureen coughed 1x.
5:40 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.
6:00 PM. Oral and denture care done.
6:15 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
