Sunday, December 10th, 2023: Daytime Summary

8:00 AM. Arrived Maureen is awake.

8:20 AM. Put Maureen on an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:35 AM. Maureen seems sleepy and closing her eyes.

9:00 AM. Maureen seemed more awake. Started her day by washing face and upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness noticed. Diaper was medium wet; cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon film on sacrum and Cavilon cream om the rest of perineal area. Finished dressing her up then head to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:20 AM. Started breakfast with 6oz of Prune juice. Followed by an omelet and a cup of lemon water. She also had some yogurt. *coughed 2x

10:15 AM. Oral, facial and hand care done. Reclined her chair one notch for comfort.

11:00 AM. Maureen is awake on her chair.

11:20 AM. Deacon Andy came for Sunday service.

11:35 AM. Transferred Maureen back to the bedroom for 1st rest break. The diaper was dry. Positioned her facing right side.

12:45 PM. 1st rest break is done. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Proceed transferring to kitchen for lunch.

12:55 PM. BP was 115/70, pulse was 72bpm

1:00 PM. Lunch was organic smoothie with oatmeal and 2 prunes. She also finished 12oz of sparkling water.

1:30 PM. Oral care done.

2:15 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Positioned her facing left side.

3:00 PM. Rest break done. Diaper was dry. Proceed transferring her to the front room.

3:05 PM. Sister Roberta came for Maureen's massage. Fruit snack was given too. She enjoyed it a lot.

4:45 PM. Checked Maureen's diaper, it was dry.

4:50 PM: BP was 110/70, pulse was 75bpm

5:00 PM. Dinner was rotisserie chicken and broccoli and a cup of lemon water.

**Maureen coughed 1x.

5:50 PM. Administeredb 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.

6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:45 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
