Sunday, April 30, 2023- Day time Summary

8:00 AM. Maureen's awake with Tom by her side.

8:20 AM. Raised Maureen's head up so she's on an upright position then administered Levothyroxine with Apple sauce.

9:00 AM. Maureen seem ready to start the day. Begin morning care by wiping her face and upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Did arms and leg exercise too before getting her up. Transferred to dining room for breakfast.

9:25 AM. Breakfast was omelette with 1/2 pear, 6oz of prune juice with 1/4 cap Miralax. Maureen seem to enjoyed breakfast. Sneezed once.

9:45 AM. Administered the rest of the medication (Loratidine and Lisinopril) with Apple Sauce.

10:00 AM. Oral care done. Followed by facial and hand care.

General observation: Maureen napped in and out while relaxing on the chair. No coughing was observed.

10:50 AM. Half organic fruit smoothie was given which Maureen enjoyed.

11:30 AM. Transferred Maureen back to bed for her first break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream as well. We positioned her to face her right.

12:30 PM. First break ended. Her diaper is dry. Transferred to chair for lunch.

12:45 PM. Lunch is vegetable lasagna, cottage cheese with peach with flavored mineral water mix with regular water. no cough during lunch

1:30 PM. Oral care done. **cough once*

2:15 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bed for Second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream as well.

2:30 PM. Suppository was also inserted. We also turned Maureen on her left side.

3:30 PM. Second rest break ended. Maureen had an XL Formed Bowel movement and medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream after. Transferred her to the recliner after.

3:45 PM. Sister Roberta came.

4:45 PM. Maureen had her organic fruit snack which she enjoyed.

5:45 PM. Dinner- Meatballs with carrots, broccoli and mashed potato. **coughed 3x during dinner. Finished her lemon water.

6:30 PM. Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and Olanzapine with apple sauce.

6:45 PM. Oral care done.

7:00 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bed. She had heavy wet diaper and a small loose bowel movement. Thoroughly cleaned her then changed. Applied cavilon cream as well. Used warm purple wipes on her face and upper body. Applied Cetaphil lotion on her body and Vicks on her chest. Positioned her to be facing left. **she coughed and sneezed several times during night care routine. She turned red. Positioned her upright and on the side to help her breathe better**

7:45 PM. Maureen is sleeping.
