Sunday, 11/27, Daytime Update.

9:10 -Started waking up Maureen. Performed AM care, bed bath using the warm bathing cloth. Diaper was L wet. Performed morning exercises/stretches. Moved Maureen to kitchen.

9:40 -Administered half of Levothyroxine with apple sauce. Breakfast: Omelette, Banana, 8oz. Prune juice w/ 1/2 cap of Miralax, & a cup of water.

10:40 -Finished breakfast. Adminsitered Lisinopril & Loratadine with apple sauce. Followed by oral care.

11:45 -Half a cup of fruit smoothie.

12:45 -Rest Period 1 Starts. Diaper was M wet. Maureen is facing on her R side.

1:45 -Rest Period 1 ends. Diaper was light wet. Moved Maureen to the kitchen.

2:00 -Lunch: A piece of toasted bread with Tomatoes, Potato Salad, Chicken Noodle Soup, Deli Ham, and Coconut Water.

2:45 -Oral Care.

3:30 -Rest Period 2 starts. Diaper was M wet. Maureen is now facing on her L side.

4:30 -Rest Period 2 Ends. Moved Maureen to the living room. Gave her bowl of fresh fruits & a coconut water.

5:40 -Changed Maureen. Diaper was M wet.

6:00 -Dinner is served. Dinner: Chicket Pot Pie. Cup of water.

7:00 -Admistered Vimpat & Olanzapine.

7:20 -Oral Care. PM care. Applied Vick's on throat/chest area & on her back. Move Maureen to bedroom.

7:35 -Maureen is in bed. T: 97.7 O: 96 R: 55
