Friday March 6,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab No signs of pain or any distress.

9:40AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine, 1st dose of the day Antibiotic 1 Tab  CIPROFLOXACIN 500mg and 2 Tab senna with purée pear and she drink 6oz of cold water. Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

We changed her Diaper early no sign of VD and Odor.  Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

Hair dresser is coming at 10:40am.

10:15AM- Morning Care ,We wipe her upper extremities with warm purple.We dressed her and moved to the kitchen area for her hair appointment.

10:30AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with purée pear.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and jelly, finished 10oz of orange juice . Maureen ate well. Coughed once.

10:50AM- Hair Spa

12:10PM- Oral care.

12:15PM- Facial and hand care routine.

12:25PM - Maureen Just listening to music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of sparkling water and had melon for as fruit snack. Coughed3x Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet  and has medium VD odorless . We clean and change her, we position her to face the right side.

3:10PM-Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water.

4pm- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:20PM - diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - Pasta with shrimp.Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz coconut water.
