Sunday 11/20/22, Daytime Summary

9:10 am Maureen is awaken and chatty. Diaper changed medium wet. Bed wipe followed with warm purple wipes.

9:40am transport to the kitchen for breakfast. Administered the thyroid medication with apple sauce.

I prepared a delicious omlete that Maureen enjoyed. Banana and 8oz of prune juice. After breakfast concluded the other meds were administered with some apple sauce.

10:15am after 10 minutes break I watch Tom how he performs the oral care. We performed upper body wash and changed Maureen's shirt so she is set for the day. We reclined the chair for Maureen to take rest.

11:30am Andy visited Maureen for a short prayer service and communion.

11:45am smoothie time.

12:40pm transported to bedroom for a change. Diaper was heavy wet. Clean and change.

12:40pm rest period #1 begins. Maureen is resting on the right side supported with 2 wedge pillows.

1:40pm the rest #1 ends. Diaper was dry. We transferred to the kitchen for a lunch.

1:50pm lunch - tuna salad with broccoli and coconut water. Maureen is in a good spirit.

2:30pm oral care.

3:00pm we decided to bring Maureen for the rest period #2. Diaper is still dry. She is laying on the left side supported with two wedge pillows.

4:00pm second rest period ended. Diaper was medium wet and medium firm bowel movement. Cleaned and change.

4:20pm Maureen was headed to the kitchen. Deanna arrived for hair cut and color. During color fruit snack is given.

6:00pm quick 10 min nap.

6:10pm salmon dinner complements of chief Carolyn.

6:45pm - 12.5ml Vimpat and 0.5 mg OlanZapine with apple sauce. Oral care immediately follows along with clean up with warm wash cloth.

7:15pm transformed to bedroom. Diaper changed medium wet. Laying on the right side supported with two wedge pillows.
