Sunday, 10/30, Daytime Update.

8:40 -Get up Maureen. Gave complete bed bath, using warm wipes in a purple bag. Diaper was light wet.

9:15 -Performed morning stretches/exercises.

9:35 -Moved Maureen to the kitchen.

9:45 -Administered levothyroxine before breakfast. Breakfast: omellette, 1pc. banana, 8oz of prune juice mix with the stool softener.

10:30 -Adminsitered Lisinoprol & Loratadine with apple sauce. Performed oral care.

11:15 -Gave half a cup of smoothie.

12:10 -Rest period 1 starts. Diaper was medium wet.

1:00 -Lunch: soup & a cup of water. Performed oral care.

2:15 -Took Maureen for a walk around the block.

2:50 -Came back. Waiting for Sister Roberta for treatment at 3P.

3:00 -Treatment w/ Sister Roberta.

5:20 -Moved Maureen to bedroom. Diaper was light wet. Rest period 2.

6:00- Get up Maureen for dinner. Dinner: Pasta with chicken & broccoli. Cup of coconut water.

7:00 -Administered Olanzapine with apple sauce. Performed oral care.

7:15 -PM care. Applied Vick's on her back, throat & chest area. Administered Vimpat.

7:30 -Put Maureen to bed. T: 97.6. O:96. P: 73.

Note:

Maureen was more alert, interactive, & less coughing.
