9:00 - get up Maureen. Complete bed bath using wipes in the purple bag. Diaper was medium wet. Performed morning stretches /exercises.

9 : 40 moved Maureen to the kitchen. Administer Manuka honey, followed by Levothyroxine.

9 : 45 started breakfast. Maureen likes the omlete and banana, 8 oz prune juice with stool softener and cup of water.

10 : 00 finished breakfast. Administer Lisinopril and Loratadine.

10:15 oral care

11:15 smoothy time. She ate 4 tsp.

12: 00 put Maureen to bed. Diaper was light wet. Bowel movement medium formed.

Posission Maureen on the right side.

1:20 we get up Maureen. Diaper was medium wet.

Shoomponed her hair.

2 : 00 luch. Vegetables soup. Water. After lunch oral care.

2 :40 we are heading for a walk

3:15 Back from walk. Put Maureen to bed on the left side.

4:15 Rest period ended. Diaper medium wet and changed. Moved to leaving room.

4:40 Cup of fruit and coconut water

6: 10 we headed to the bedroom. Change diaper was light wet.

6:20 Started dinner, bonless barbecue chicken and french fries. Administer Olanzapine and Lacosamide.

7 : 00 Oral hygiene. Night time care and applied vicks on the neck, chest and back.

7:20 we headed to the bedroom. Put Maureen to bed and possioned on the left side. Maureen sounds asleep.
