4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching her favorite show.

Carolyn visited Maureen.

6:00 pm : We headed Maureen to the bedroom:

- the diaper was medium wet

- cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

- applied Nystatin on rednees in the navel area.

6:10 dinner: chicken Fajita - puree and some sqash. Maureen was coughing six times. We decided not to give her a squash.

6:50pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:00pm:

Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98,0

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 85

8:00 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: a littlie wet diaper. Cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side. 11:40 pm: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:20 am: dry diaper. Repositioned right site

3:15 - 4:45 am: I used a pump few times - Maureen was coughing a lot.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.
