6:00 pm : transferred to Geri chair

6:20 pm : dinner: sloppy Joe’s , a full cup of water

7:00 pm:

5mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry yogurt,

7.5ml of VIMPAT,

oral care, cleanup with warm washcloth,

Cetaphil applied to face, arms and hands

changed t-shirt

7:40 pm : transferred to the bed using the Hoyer lift,

Very wet diaper, cleaned with the CAVILON spray,

Applied:

CAVILON cream to the red areas, MUPIROCIN, Vick’s on throat and chest, NYSTATIN under left breast, CICLOPIROX to both big toes

8.00 pm: asleep, position left side with two wedge pillows

10:30 pm: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

12:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned & changed, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned & changed, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

Maureen slept good all night.
