Saturday March 14,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress.

***she gave us smile 😊 while Tom is talking to her in bed.

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of water. Cough once suction

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:15AM - Morning care, We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet with small, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on bottom and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with purée pear,

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions and kiwi , finished 8oz prune juice. Maureen ate well. Coughed2x suction.

11:30AMOral care.

11:35AM Facial and hand care routine.

12:00 - Maureen is watching tv .

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz water with lemon, had melon and grapes  for as fruit snack. Coughed2x Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with small formed BM and has medium VD cloudy with the tint white but odorless. We position her to face the right side.
