4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: lasagna, spinach, 3/4 cup of water. Some cookie from Michael.

Maureen was coughing ones during the dinner.

5:45 pm : BP: 118/78 P: 56

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,4

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 73

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

3:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:45 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
