3:00am, dry, reposition right

4;00am, medium wet, cleaned, changed

Gave Maureen water from the swab. Her eyes was opened. Covered only her legs with blanket

5:30am, dry, reposition left

Slept good all night, no poop, no blood, no cough, no sneezing, no twitching
