1:00am, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition right with two wedge pillows

3:00am, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition left with two wedge pillows

5:30am, medium wet, cleaned, changed, reposition right with two wedge pillows

Slept good all night, no poop, no blood, coughed, no sneezing, used CAVILON for open red are, light twitching.

Found new (just started to form) open red area while changing Maureen at 10:00 pm. Applied CAVILON. Notified Tom
