4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching TV.

6:00 pm : We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 dinner: chicken, pasta and veggie casserole prepared by Carolyn. Maureen was enjoing very much.

Maureen was coughing only ones during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:10 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:35 pm:

*We headed Maureen to the bedroom. *The diaper was medium wet, medium/large formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. *We applied Nystatin under the right breast. We noticed a slight redness.

* We applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. *Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.5

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 75

8:00 pm: asleep. 10:30 pm: medium wet diaper

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon lotion. Repositioned right side.

1:00 am: dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

3:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and chanded. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side.

6:00 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and chanded. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned left side.


Maureen slept good all night.

Wednesday April 22,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swabs. 9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg
