5:00 pm: Maureen was sitting in the recliner and watching TV.

6:00 pm : We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 dinner: beef and brocolli with rice - puree.

Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner.

Kate visited Maureen.

6:55 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:00pm:

Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:40 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,9

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 89

8:00 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: dry diaper. Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

Maureen was coughing a lot. I used a pump few times..

2:30 am: light wet diaper, changed, applied cavilon lotion, repositioned right side

4:30 am: very wet diaper, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.
