8:45 am Changed-medium wet, bed bath, MUPIROCIN under Maureen left breast and CAVILON on the red aria on the butt. Lotion all over the body. 8:55 Breakfast -regular, MIRALAX with the prune juice and one cup of water. One spoon of honey and meds. 9:20 Oral care

10:15 Exercises in the bed, transferred to the recliner

11:30 Changed- heavy wet

12:05pm Lunch. Butternut squash soup, cranberry-apple tuna salad sandwich on wheat bread, coconut water

2:35 Sister Roberta visit

2:40 Changed in the bed-heavy wet diaper, large bowel movement (formed). As soon as we changed Maureen her diaper was mild wet again, changed it. Alla early applied a wrong cream MUPIROCIN under Maureen left breast. It was wiped away with warm water on a wash clothe and applied the right one cream NYSTATIN.

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We sat Maureen in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. We gave Maureen 6oz. of water w/Thick-It. -Morning C

 
 
 
Sunday 6 - 7 - 26 Daytime summary

9:30 AM - Maureen is still sleeping comfortably 10:00 AM - Maureen is stirring about a little bit, so I went in and gave her a little water via swab, not quite ready to move, but getting ready shortly
