Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side sleeping soundly.


9:00AM - She's still sleeping.


9:10AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of distress. We gave her sips of water via swab.


We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


BP: 104/60, P: 60, O2: 94%


9:20AM - Neb treatment with saline.


9:35AM - Me and Marie washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with very small, yellowish v. discharge. No redness on skin, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed and moved her to the kitchen.


9:55AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water and administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onion, pear and 8oz prune juice. Coughed 4x.


10:40AM - Oral care.


Facial and hand care routine.


10:55AM - Sitting out on the patio.


Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.


11:30AM - Maureen took 8oz of blended watermelon.


11:40AM - Went back inside. It's time for Maureen's 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.


12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got her dressed and transferred to the front room.


12:40PM - Lunch - pasta with chicken, 10oz coconut water. Coughed 3x and sneezed 2x.


1:15PM - Oral care.


2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.


2:50PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.


3:00PM - Sister Roberta arrived for Maureen's massage.


3:45PM - Maureen took 2 oz of water with electrolyte powder. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).


**Total liquid intake - 38 oz
