Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen looking comfortable while on her left side, O2 with nasal cannula. Tom decided to take it off since she's no longer in any distress as well as no signs of difficulty breathing.

**Tom informed she took sips of water via swab at 7:30am

8:20AM - Me and Marie turned her to the right side, still sleeping.

9:00AM - She's still sleeping.

9:40AM - Maureen opened her eyes, still looking a little weak however, receptive to water via swab.

We placed her in an upright position - administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

P: 67 bpm, O2: 97%, BP: 110/60

9:55AM - Neb treatment with albuterol followed.

10:10AM - Me and Marie washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet with medium, clear v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied sureprep barrier film on sacrum and midline remedy cream on inner thighs. Got Maureen dressed after.

**Tom suggested to keep Maureen on bed to rest more since she's still looking tired and a bit weak. Maureen has tolerated the morning routine.

10:20AM - Maureen had scrambled soft egg with tomato and onion, banana and took 2 oz water with electrolyte. Coughed 2x.

**Her eyes half-way closed while eating but able to chew and swallow well.

11:10AM - Oral care.

Maureen went back to close her eyes - head of the bed raised atleast 45 degree angle.

11:30AM - We turned Maureen to face her right side - she's still sleeping. No signs of any discomfort.

12:40PM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes. Diaper is clean and dry. We decided to transfer Maureen to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - tuna salad, mashed avocado and 2 oz water with electrolyte. Coughed 3x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen closed her eyes and rested while on recliner.

2:30PM - Maureen took 6oz of water with electrolyte. We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was still clean and dry. We positioned to face her right side.

3:40PM - Rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Transferred to the front room.

3:55PM - Maureen took 2 oz water. Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and lemon).

**Total liquid intake - 12 oz
