Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, comfortably sleeping.


8:35AM - She woke up, looking well rested and ready to start her day. We gave her sips of water via swab.


In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


8:50AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.


BP: 108/64, P: 68, O2: 96%


9:10AM - Me and Maureen washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry, we cleaned her with water and cleanser, then changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the kitchen.


9:25AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onion, pear and 8oz prune juice. Maureen also took 4 oz coffee. Coughed 2x.


10:15AM - Oral care.


Facial and hand care routine.


10:30AM - Out for a walk.


11:35AM - Came back from walk. Maureen took 8oz sparkling water.


We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position her to face the right side.


12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and transferred to the front room.


12:50PM - Fish, sauteed veggies and fresh avocado. Maureen had 10oz sparkling water. She ate very well. Coughed 2x.


1:40PM - Oral care.


Looking comfortable while leaning back on the recliner - still has good energy.


2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.


3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Transferred Maureen to the front room.


3:45PM - Maureen took 8oz lemon water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).


**Total liquid intake - 48 oz

9:30 AM - Maureen is still sleeping comfortably 10:00 AM - Maureen is stirring about a little bit, so I went in and gave her a little water via swab, not quite ready to move, but getting ready shortly
