Saturday, May 31, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's facing her left side, still sleeping.


8:30AM - She's still sleeping.


9:10AM - Maureen woke up, looking calm. No signs of any pain or distress. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


9:25AM - Me and Marie washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet with small, brownish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed Maureen. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.


9:45AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. She had pancake with scrambled egg, pear and 6oz prune juice. Coughed once.


10:20AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


10:30AM - Oral care.


Neb treatment with saline sol'n.


10:45AM - Carolyn and Coleen came to visit.


We had facial and hand care treatment.


11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we positioned her to face the right side.


12:35PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was still clean and dry, we proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.


12:45PM - Lunch - spaghetti with meatballs and 10oz of coconut water. Coughed once.


1:35PM - Oral care.


1:50PM - Went out for a walk.


2:30PM - Came back from a nice walk. Maureen had 4 oz of lemon water. We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was still dry, we placed to face her left side.


3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.


3:50PM - Maureen took 6oz of lemon water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).


**Total liquid intake - 36oz
