Saturday March 7,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab No signs of pain or any distress.

9:50AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine, 3rd dose of Antibiotic 1 Tab  CIPROFLOXACIN 500mg and 2 Tab senna with purée pear and she drink 6oz of cold water. Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:25AM - Gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was dry small VD odorless,Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

11:15AM- Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with purée pear.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions with avocado finished 10oz of water with lemon,Maureen ate well. Coughed once.

12:10PM- Oral care.

12:15PM- Facial and hand care routine.

12:30PM - Maureen Just listening to music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of sparkling water and had melon for fruit snack. Coughed once. Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet , We cleaned and change her,suppository was inserted rectal, we position her to face the left side.

3:30PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was meduim wet with XL formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:35PM - Maureen had 8 oz of coconut water. Coughed 2x

4pm- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:20PM - diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - she had spaghetti, Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz of sparkling water. Coughed2x , suction

**Gave us a few smiles today.

5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine , 12.5ml Vimpat. 20ml cough syrup (Geri- Tussin) 2 Tab senna and 4th dose of antibiotic 1Tab CIPROFLOXACIN 500mg all is with purée pear.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
