Saturday, March 29, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's still sound asleep while lying on her left side.


8:30AM - Maureen is still sleeping.

9:00AM - Maureen woke up, looking like she's ready to start her day. No signs of any pain or distress. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


BP: 101/60, P: 65bpm


9:12AM - Me and Marie washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness/rashes on upper extremities. Diaper was dry with a very small, light brown spot. Very light to non-visible redness on outer labia, applied the Calazinc cream. We finished dressing Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.


9:25AM - We started with 10oz of lemon water. Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato, onion and cheese, pear and 8oz prune juice. Maureen ate well. No coughs.


10:00AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


**Reclined geri chair after for one notch for comfort.


10:10AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.


10:40AM - No after breakfast nap for Maureen, she's looking alert and not sleepy at all. Not phlegmy today as well.


11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed her on her right side.


12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the kitchen.


12:45PM - Lunch - tuna salad, beets and sweet pea soup. Maureen had 12 oz rootbeer. Coughed once.


1:20PM - Oral care.


1:35PM - Maureen took 5 oz of lemon water and we will go out for a walk.


2:20PM - We arrived home from a nice walk.


Carolyn came by as well.


2:30PM - Maureen had 6oz lemon water. We also took her to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with very small, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her and also applied Calazinc to the appropriate area. Placed her on the left side.


3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.


3:50PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and

melon).


**Total liquid intake - 41 oz.
