5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room.

We transfered her to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

Cleaned and changed.

We went back to the living room.

5:30 pm: dinner: Salmon, potato and carots.

1 cup of water with lemon.

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

6:pm: BP: 120/65 P: 77

6:15pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:25 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was dry.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,5

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 69

7:00 pm: asleep.

9:30 pm: very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

4:40 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
