8:15 Maureen is moving around, I went in and gave her a little water, via the swab.
8:20 we raised the bed and administered the thyroid medicine with a couple spoons of applesauce.
8:30 we washed done Maureen, using the Cetaphil and warm water, changed a medium, wet diaper, no vaginal discharge this morning was evident.
After applying the Cavilon products that we always use, we gotMaureen dressed and ready to start our day.
8:50 Dan and Tina came over with donuts and coffee, join us in the front room for breakfast.
Maureen had some egg with avocado, banana and some pancake along with 10 ounces of lemon water.
No MiraLAX or prune juice was given today.
10:00 Oral care and facial care are performed by Marie and a saline treatment was given, prior to going out for a stroll around the neighborhood.
10:45 we hit the road for a nice walk around Grennan Heights, catching a couple of kids soccer games. Maureen stayed awake the entire time and seemed to enjoy being outside.
11:40 we just got back at the house, enjoying some cold water with sparkling water mixed in, via swab. … proceeded to the bedroom and transferred to bed.
We changed a heavy, wet diaper noticing some discharge on the diaper. It was clear.
Now lying on her right side, Maureen will take roughly an hour rest and then have lunch.
Maureen has had roughly 18 ounces of liquid thus far.
1:00 The first rest break is over and we are about to transfer to the front room for lunch because Maureen is still dry.
Today’s menu consists of half of a toasted chicken salad sandwich on rye with some beets and the remainder of the sparkling water, which was started earlier. Maureen is going to have 1/3 of a red velvet doughnut, that she didn’t have this morning.
Maureen has had roughly 28 ounces of liquid intake so far.
2:45 we are transferring to the bedroom for rest break #2 … change a heavy wet diaper and set Maureen on her left side.
4:00 Maureen is dry at the end of the break, we transferred to the front room for some fresh fruits and game shows. Maureen had a couple sips of lemon water
Total liquid intake for the day is approximately 34 ounces, to this point.
