Saturday June 6, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab. No signs of pain or any distress.


9:45AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine and 1 tab Tylenol 500mg with apple sauce.

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

Maureen finished 6oz of cold thickened water. No coughing.


10:20AM - Morning care. We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using a warm water with Cetaphil cleanser .Diaper was dry, has XL VD brownish odorless, we cleaned and changed Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.


10:50AM- Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes, onions and cheese and avocado. finished 8oz thickened orange juice. Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce. Coughed3x suction 2x


11:30PM-Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

11:50AM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.


1:15PM-she had her  fruit yogurt.

Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water. Coughed3x suction2x

2:00PM- Give her neb treatment with Albuterol.

2:15PM- We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet and has Small BM soft. We cleaned and changed. We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM - Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen and stayed at the backyard.

3:30PM- Maureen had 10oz of thickened coconut water

.4:40PM- check diaper, dry

4:50PM - Dinner - chicken, potatoes and beets.Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. No cough


5:45PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.


5:55PM- Oral care.


6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry and has XL VD brownish odorless. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.


6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.


T - 99.1

P - 97

O2 - 97%

Liquid intake - 44oz


Note: temperature is a high, Tom will monitor and report.


8:30 pm - temperature is now 99.2°, Maureen is sleeping comfortably.

Tom’s update 5:00 - Mattha said the night was quiet after the initial diaper change at 10pm. Maureen was sleeping comfortably, so I went upstairs. 8:00 - I repositioned Maureen to her right side, she
