7:45am, changed, heavy wet, washed with soap and water, dried and applied cream to bottom

8:05am, Maureen was sitting upright with the assistance of a wedge pillow on her right side, breakfast, oatmeal, banana, cup of prune juice and water

Blood pressure was 120/78

9:10am, oral care followed by exercises in the recliner.

11:20am, changed, medium wet

12:45pm, lunch, Alla’s homemade potato soup with bread, followed by oral care

2:00pm, heavy wet, cleaned and changed, applied cream to bottom

3:15pm, fruit snack in recliner

4:20pm, heavy wet, cleaned and changed, applied cream to bottom
