Wednesday March 11,2026 Daytime Update.

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake.Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab No signs of pain or any distress.


9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of water

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.


10:00AM - Morning care, We wipe her upper extremities with warm purple wipes, Diaper was dry with Medium VD odorless we Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her bottom and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.


10:35AM- Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with purée pear,  Antibiotic 1 Tab  CIPROFLOXACIN 500mg with  purée pear.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and jelly, finished 10oz of coconut water . Maureen ate well. Coughed2x suction.


11:20AM- Oral care.

11:25AM- Facial and hand care routine.

11:30AM- Cleanse her eyes with wet warm cotton.

11:40AM- Maureen listing to music
