Wednesday March 11,2026 Daytime Update.

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake.Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab No signs of pain or any distress.

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of water

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:00AM - Morning care, We wipe her upper extremities with warm purple wipes, Diaper was dry with Medium VD odorless we Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her bottom and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:35AM- Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with purée pear,  Antibiotic 1 Tab  CIPROFLOXACIN 500mg with  purée pear.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and jelly, finished 10oz of coconut water . Maureen ate well. Coughed2x suction.

11:20AM- Oral care.

11:25AM- Facial and hand care routine.

11:30AM- Cleanse her eyes with wet warm cotton.

11:40AM- Maureen listing to music

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of sparkling water and had melon and grapes  for as fruit snack. Coughed once Suction.

1:30PM- Maureen has visitors, Joana, Merianne and Luda.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet  and has small VD odorless . We clean and change suppository was inserted rectal, we position her to face the left side.

3:00PM- Nurse came and drew a blood from Maureen.

3:15PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry, Large formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water.

4pm- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:20PM - diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - pot roast with potato and broccoli,Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz sparkling water.

5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine , 12.5ml Vimpat, 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) Antibiotic 1 Tab  CIPROFLOXACIN 500mg  all with purée pear.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, medium VD odorless, we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on bottom and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
