Saturday, July 26, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, sleeping soundly.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

8:40AM - Maureen slowly opened her eyes, no signs of pain or any distress.

We placed her in an upright position 10mins after, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - Neb treatment with saline.

9:15AM - Me and Marie washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes - no redness on skin. Diaper was clean and dry with very small, brownish v. discharge. We cleaned her with tepid water and cleanser then, changed. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

9:30AM - Maureen took 8oz of lemon water. Coughed once.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:45AM - Breakfast - pancake, scrambled egg (with onions, tomato & cheese), and pear. Maureen had 6oz prune juice. Coughed 2x and multiple sneezes.

10:45AM - Oral care.

10:50AM - Facial and hand care routine.

11:40AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

12:45PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with medium, formed BM. We cleaned her thoroughly and changed. Got her dressed and moved to the front room after.

12:55PM - Lunch - pasta with meatballs, roasted veggies (sweet pepper, carrots and onion) and finished 12oz of sparkling water. Coughed 2x and sneezed 2x.

1:45PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - Maureen took 2oz of lemon water.

Maureen's doing pretty good today, doesn't

look tired or sleepy at all. Ate pretty well and less coughing.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with medium, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side after.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had 4oz of lemon water. Fruit snack followed (apple and banana).
