Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's awake, she's on her right side. Tom informed she had sips of water via swab.


9:45AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


BP: 106/62, P: 67 bpm, O2: 96%


9:55AM - Me and Tom cleaned Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes - no redness on skin. Diaper was clean and dry, we decided to keep it. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.


10:20AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - scrambled egg with onion and tomato, banana, and 4oz of water with electrolytes. Maureen coughed 3x and sneezed once.


11:10: AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.


11:40AM - Maureen's leaning back on her recliner looking relaxed and closed her eyes for a nap.


12:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Position to face the right side.


1:10PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.


1:20PM - Lunch - chicken/rice and veggie soup, beets and 12 oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed 3x.


2:15PM - Oral care.


3.00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.


3:40PM- 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.


3:50PM - Fruit tart for snack. Maureen also finished 8 oz of water with electrolytes. No coughs.


4:45PM - Dinner - baked salmon, mashed potato, mixed veggies and 8oz sparkling water. Maureen ate well although starting to get sleepy. Coughed 2x and sneezed once.


5:45PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.


6:00PM - Oral care.


6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the right side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.


6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.


T - 96.8

P - 78 bpm

O2 - 97%


Total liquid intake - 42 oz
