Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake with Tom on bed with her, she's lying calmly on her left side. No signs of pain or distress observed.

8:40AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Marie started to wash Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet with very light, yellowish vaginal discharge, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing her and transferred to the kitchen.

9:05AM - Breakfast - cheesy scrambled egg, pear, 1/4 cup of coffee and finished 3/4 cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed once and sneezed once.

**No MiraLAX dose today.

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

9:50AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

10:30AM - Maureen is sitting on her recliner, relaxed and awake while listening her music playlist.

11:00AM - She had half a cup of lemon water.

Applied Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on Maureen's dorsal (back) left hand.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side after.

**We started using the cleansing/wet wipes from Journey Care - the cloth texture and size is very similar to the green wipes, contains 99% water, alcohol-free, plant based and has aloe ingrediets. So far, it's good.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to get Maureen dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - spinach, ham and cheese strata, and a cup of coconut water. Maureen ate very well. No cough.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort after lunch.

1:20PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had a cup of lemon water before her fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
