Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side - sleeping. Tom informed she had sips of water via swab earlier.

10:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping.

10:15AM - She opened her eyes, coughed - used suction machine to help her take it out. Maureen looked ready to start her day. No signs of pain or discomfort.

We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:25AM - Me and Tom washed her upper body with warm purple wipes - no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, no v. discharges. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.

10:35AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg Loratadine and 1 tab 500mg (crushed) Ciprofloxacin with apple sauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onion, banana and 10 oz water with electrolytes. Coughed 3x, sneezed 3x.

11:15AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

12:30PM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

**Maureen still coughs and getting out phlegm even after eating and relaxing.

1:00PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, ham and pea soup, and avocado mash. Maureen finished 10oz sparkling water.

1:35PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:15PM - Rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:25PM - Fruit snack (apple and melon). Maureen had 10oz water with electrolytes.

4:30PM - Dinner - baked salmon, mashed potato, mixed veggies and 6oz coconut water. Coughed 2x, sneezed 2x.

Total liquid intake - 46 oz

5:40PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine, 1 tab 500 mg (crushed) Ciprofloxacin with apple sauce and 12.5ml

Vimpat.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:05PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the right side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
