Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen just woke up from a good sleep. She's on her left side, no signs of pain or discomfort. She took sips of water via swab.


9:45AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


9:55AM - Me and Tom washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet with very small, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned her using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser, and changed. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.


10:15AM - Maureen took 8oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - scrambled egg with onion and tomato, banana bread, pear and 8oz prune juice. Coughed 2x.


11:15AM - Oral care.


Facial and hand care routine.


11:40AM - Maureen's leaning back on the recliner, eyes closed for a nap.


12:35PM - Nurse from Journey Care is coming to check on Maureen. We transferred her to the bedroom.


Diaper was medium wet with medium, soft BM and large, brownish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her.


12:45PM - Nurse Evelyn arrived.


**We placed Maureen on her right side after the nurse assessed her.


1:45PM - Rest break is ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.


1:55PM - Lunch - tuna salad, beets, mashed avocado and 12 oz rootbeer. Coughed once.


2:35PM - Oral care.


3:30PM - Fruit snack (melon and apple). Maureen took 5oz sparkling water.


4:35PM - Dinner - beef pot roast and 8 oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed 2x and sneezed 3x.


5:35PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.


5:50PM - Oral care.


6:05PM - Maureen's looking tired and sleepy, we transferred her to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet with medium, soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the right side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.


6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.


T - 96.8

P - 81 bpm

O2 - 98 %
