Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024 Daytime Update

8:00AM - Marie informed that Maureen is already awake however, still looking sleepy. She's calmly lying on her left side. Will give her more time and wait when she's ready to start her day.

8:35AM - Maureen closed her eyes - went back to sleep.

9:00AM - Maureen opened her eyes, waited 10 mins and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:18AM - Me and Marie started to wash Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was clean and dry, no vaginal discharges. We dressed and transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

9:26AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, scrambled egg with toasted bread, coffee, and yogurt. Maureen ate very well. Coughed 2x.

MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap

10:00AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt.

10:15AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

10:35AM - BP: 103/59, P:65 bpm

We moved to the front room to watch "Miracle on 34th Street."

**Maureen closed her eyes for a nap for 30mins.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on thighs. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, fresh tomato and chicken-veggie soup. Maureen also had a cup of coconut water. Coughed 2x.

1:25PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had half a cup of water. She's sitting on the recliner, awake - hands relaxed.

2:30PM - It is time for Maureen's 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
