Saturday, Apr. 26, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's already awake, slightly jumpy according to Tom - (light episode, no wide eyes or tight jaws) lasted for 10mins. She had sips of water after (2oz water).

8:30AM - We raised the head of the bed and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:40AM - Me and Marie washed her upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness or rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet with large, yellowish vaginal discharge. We cleaned using water and cleanser, dried and changed her. Applied Calazinc on the labia. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

8:50AM - Maureen had 10oz of water (mixed with coconut water for flavor), also administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - french toast, pear and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed 3x.

9:40AM - Gave Neb treatment - Saline soln.

She has been coughing since she start getting up, phlegmy and trying to get rid of it. Used suction machine to aid.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care treatment followed. Maureen closed her eyes right away after.

10:30AM - Maureen is still napping. Head and shoulders all the way to the back resting, relaxed.

11:30AM - She opened her eyes when we started getting her ready to be transferred to the bedroom, for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, positioned to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

BP: 100/58, 67bpm

12:45PM - Lunch - chicken and potato salad, and finished 10oz of sparkling water. She coughed 2x and sneezed once.

Phlegm is loosening, she was able to cough up a good amount.

1:20PM - Oral care.

**We continue to watch the "Dream Girls." Maureen enjoyed it and was smiling while listening to their songs.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom in time for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we did a clean and change. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen finished 10lbs of lemon water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
