6:20 pm:: Oral Care.

6:35 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Repositioned to the left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned to the right side.

3:30 am: Maureen was coughing few times. I used the section machine.

4:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned to the left side.
