Saturday 12-20-25 Daytime summary

Maureen woke up around 7:30, accepted a few swabs of water and fell back to sleep.

9:15am I gave her the LEVOTHYROXINE with a couple spoons of applesauce.

9:30am Carolyn and I changed and cleaned from a dry diaper, the no sting film was applied to Maureen’s sacrum and Cavilon lotion applied to the folds in her perennial area to protect her skin, we dressed and transferred to the front room.

9:50am I prepared some cheesy scrambled egg and banana for breakfast, 11 ounces of apple juice accompanied.

11:15AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

11:25AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

12:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We inserted suppository to assist with BM. Position to face her left side.

1:00PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with medium, formed BM. We cleaned her with warm water and cetaphil cleanser. Changed and got dressed. Transferred to the front room after.

1:15PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, fresh avocado and 12 oz rootbeer. Coughed 3x.

2:00PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - Maureen's comfortable and relaxed while on recliner, watching the movie "25 Days before Christmas."

3:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with medium, soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:45PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen took 10oz water with electrolytes. Fruit snack (melon and apple). Coughed 3x.

Total liquid intake - 33 oz
