Saturday, 11 /19 /22 Daytime Summary

8 :12 am - Maureen is in the bed awake and resting.

8:50 am - diaper is medium wet. Washed the whole body.

9 :40 am - we headed Maureen to the kitchen.

9 :45 am - breakfast time. Administered Levothyroxine with some apple sauce. Oatmeal and banana. 8 oz of prune juice. Maureen cough 3 times.

10 :30 am - administered Lisinopril and Loratadine with some apple sauce.

10 :35 am - oral care.

11:30 am - smoothie time. Maureen was taking the smoothie very well and in between half a cup she had a cough that lasted too long and she started sneezing so we decided to stop the smoothie.

12:05 pm - moved Maureen to bed. Rest number 1 starts. Diaper was medium wet. Reposition on the left side with two wedges pillows. She is resting comfortably in the bed.

1:15 pm - rest number 1ends. Diaper was medium wet and medium firm bowel movement.

Hair wash.

1:50 pm - we headed Maureen to the kitchen. Lunch time. Tuna salad with beets, and coconut water. Maureen enjoys her lunch. No cough.

2:30 pm - oral care.

2:40 pm - Maureen moved to the bedroom. Diaper was dry. 2:50 the second rest period starts. Reposition on the right side supported with two wedge pillows on the back.

3:40 pm 2 rest period ended. Diaper was dry. We headed Maureen to the living room.
