Saturday 1-4-25 Daytime Summary

8:00am Maureen is awake enough that we raised the bed and gave her LEVOTHYROXINE with a little applesauce.

8:15am she is still dry, so we gave her a bed bath and dressed for the day.

8:40am after a successful transfer to the kitchen, we started with 8oz of prune juice with a full cap of MIRALAX, followed by a scrambled egg and half a pancake.

9:15am LORATADINE and a crushed up colace, were administered with some applesauce and then a full container of Activia yogurt were finished along with a cup of water.

10:00am after a twenty minute catnap, oral and facial care are done, the pus a pea sized amount of cream was massaged into the rough spot on Maureen’s left hand. We transferred to the front room to check out some entertainment on the tv.

11:00AM - Maureen was sitting comfortably on her geri chair, hands relaxed and looking sleepy.

11:30AM - Me and Marie moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Her diaper is heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Position to face her right side.

12:20PM - 1st rest break ended a little bit earlier. Deanna will be coming for Maureen's hair. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.

12:30PM - BP: 105/63, P: 61 bpm

Lunch - tuna salad, fresh tomato, lentil soup and pear. Maureen finished a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

Deanna arrived around 2:50pm. We continued with lunch while Deanna was working on Maureen's hair.

1:35PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We get Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen had 3/4 cup of water. Coughed once.

4:30PM - Maureen is watching her favorite game shows.

Diaper is dry.

5:10PM - Dinner - Rigatoni (peas, sausage and mushroom) and half a cup of water. Coughed 2x, sneezed once.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Maureen is already closing her eyes and ready to sleep.

Me and Joanna moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face her on the left side with pillow in between legs, and 2 wedges on her back.

6:45PM - Maureen is already sleeping.
