Resetting the lift recliner

I noticed at the beginning of last week that the automated footrest on the lift recliner was not going to its full upright position. The condition has gotten worse since then. See the attached image for how it was working this morning. This is as far up as the footrest would go. I also noted that the preprogrammed Sit button did not work properly.

The calibration of the chair gets thrown off from time to time. There are a variety of reasons why this happens. I used the attached guide developed by the manufacturer to reset the chair. The model number of our chair is PR761. If a need arises to reset the chair, go to the first section. There are three options. Use the steps outlined in the Power Disruption Calibration option to reset the chair. If that does not work, contact Brian for further assistance.
