October 8/9, 2022, Overnight Shift

5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching her favorite show. Carolyn visited Maureen.

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner: caserolle prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much.

Maureen did not cough during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:10 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:45 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.6

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 73

8:00 pm: asleep.

10:30 pm: medium wet diaper

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:45 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:40 am: medium wet diaper

Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
